EL REY Inspections provides comprehensive residential home inspections performed in accordance with the New Jersey Standards of Practice (N.J.A.C. 13:40-15.16). Each inspection includes a thorough evaluation of the home’s major systems and components to help buyers clearly understand the property they are purchasing.
During a standard home inspection, we evaluate the structure, roof, exterior, electrical systems, plumbing, heating and cooling systems, interior components, insulation, and visible structural elements. When conditions allow, drone roof imaging may be used to safely document areas that are difficult to view from the ground.
In addition to full home inspections, EL REY Inspections offers a range of optional ancillary services that can be scheduled with your inspection, including radon testing, termite/WDI inspections, pool inspections, and mold sampling. Mold testing services are available starting at a base rate, with pricing depending on the number of samples required. Radon testing is conducted in partnership with a certified laboratory provider to ensure accurate results.
Following the inspection, clients receive a detailed digital report that is clear, organized, and easy to navigate. Reports include photographs, descriptions of findings, and prioritized recommendations to help buyers and their agents make informed decisions before closing.
