El Rey Inspections offers comprehensive home inspections performed in accordance with New Jersey Standards of Practice (N.J.A.C. 13:40-15.16). Services include full residential inspections, drone roof evaluation when appropriate, and optional specialty services such as radon testing through a certified laboratory partner. Additional services such as WDI/termite, oil tank sweeps, and mold sampling will be offered as certifications are completed.
Inspection reports are delivered digitally in a clear, easy-to-read format. Clients receive detailed documentation, photos, and prioritized recommendations to support informed decisions prior to closing.
Appointments
Inspections are available by appointment throughout Middlesex, Monmouth, Mercer, Somerset, and Ocean Counties, with statewide availability as scheduling allows. Next-day report delivery is included, with same-day rush reporting available for time-sensitive transactions.
