Standard Residential Home Inspection
Starting at $425
Pricing varies based on home size, age, condition, property type, and additional structures such as detached garages, outbuildings, or accessory spaces.
A standard home inspection includes a visual, non-invasive evaluation of readily accessible systems and components, including the roof, exterior, structure, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, attic, insulation, ventilation, interior components, doors, windows, and appliances.

Home Buyer Protection Package
The $795 package is designed for a typical single-family home with 3–4 bedrooms, up to 2.5 bathrooms, and up to a 2-car attached garage or carport.

***Professionally printed, full-color, double-sided inspection report with a protective front cover, vinyl back cover, and coil binding. Includes Priority Mail delivery with tracking. Pricing is per copy: up to 50 pages, $95; 51–100 pages, $150. Reports over 100 pages are quoted separately.
